To continue providing excellent service, we are planning on doing some database upgrades to pave the way for new features. Data processing will be paused during this time. However, no data loss will occur. Queued metrics will be processed after the upgrade is complete.

The application should continue to work. However, metric processing will be down during this window. Agents will continue to send metrics to our ingestion pipeline and will process them as soon as we are complete with maintenance.

The Surge database will be upgraded. This should not take long. Processing will be turned off during this time.
