SSL Certificate Delays

    The issue has been resolved with our upstream provider and things are functioning as expected.

    Our upstream SSL Certificate provider is experiencing problems issues SSL certificates. We are working with them to stay up to date on the current situation. During this time, we are not able to provision SSL certificates. This means Lightning nodes could receive a self-signed certificate when provisioning, restarting, or updating. This also means that Thunderhub Dashboards are not able to be created at this time.

    We are closely monitoring the situation and post updates here.

    We're experiencing an issue with our hosting provider on our dashboard which causes our redirect from https://voltageapp.io to https://app.voltage.cloud to fail. We're working with them to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please go directly to https://app.voltage.cloud.

    We are planning scheduled maintenance for our RPC Endpoint service. This affects the gRPC and REST endpoints for all nodes. Although we don't anticipate any prolonged outages, brief interruptions could occur. Please contact support@getvoltage.io with any questions.

    Our SSL Certificate provider is undergoing maintenance at 23:00 GMT+1. During this time SSL Certificates could fail to provision. If your node or dashboard fails to get a valid SSL Certificate, then a self-signed certificate will be created. In order to unlock your node from our dashboard you may need to trust the certificate in your browser before unlocking. You can do this by navigating to your node's API endpoint and telling your browser to trust the certificate.

    • Lightning Node Dashboards
